Salman Khan who has just delivered yet another hit with Bodyguard, Post –Bodyguard, Salman left for the US for a facial surgery causes a bigg loss for the makers of bigg boss. But his prolonged absence for the colors channel delays the filming of the show bigg boss, to go on air from September first week. Sallu’s surgery is resulting in the entire plan going off-track, the pre-production is ready, housemates have been finalized, and co-actor Sanjay Dutt is waiting “The channel had blocked the dates of the contestants and Sanjay Dutt. They also have the house ready, which is costing them a bomb. A part from the rent they’re paying for the house, the celebrity housemates have also started charging from the first week of the month.” Says a source

The Bigg Boss show people are still hopeful "The channel is concerned about Salman's health and they want him to recover fully.Losses and the delay is another issue,and unfortunately we have to bear both" the source says.
